Monster Hunter Freedom Unite is considered an expansion of Monster Hunter Freedom 2. However, there are 4 brand new monsters, new monster color variations, new quests, new weapons, new armors, etc. This game is everything Monster Hunter Freedom 2 was and so much more! With new “G Rank” quests (G Rank basically means really freaking hard!) the game feels like it is brand new and offers quite the challenge. I am still playing this game and I probably will be until Monster Hunter Portable 3rd arrives in my mail box! There is NO WAY I will even be close to finishing it. I am currently working on unlocking G Rank Fatalis!
